00:3 AM talk :The Devil hour with the ghost

It was a chilly summer night after the gruelling hot day just a few days away from the full moon night. The atmosphere was splendidly lighted by the silver shining moon with chilling summer wind as an extra added flavour. In the rural village, late night out is not common, it is strictly restricted to 9 p.m. Though I am a night owl the whole day was irritating due to severe tooth pain and oral infection, so I had to sleep earlier than my routine as usual after a dose of injection with painkiller at 7p.m.

Hence awaking-up was far more relaxing, but it was almost impossible to stay inside the home due to the emanating heated hot air from the ceiling. I saw on the wall the clock, oh, it is 2.50 A.M. So just unplugged the torch from the charger point and started walking to my favourite place of peace towards the riverine with a packet of biscuits in hand.

Although I had a little hesitation, some of our neighbours were also awake performing some special household menial jobs so I feel normal. And after reaching to that place there was a heavenly feeling in my body and a complete sense of relaxation in my soul. I felt mesmerized by the heavy blow of Eastward Chilled wind with the natural sound of the flow of water. I sat at the little floor of “Tulasi chaura” {(Odia:ତୁଳସୀ ଚଉରା) Also known as Tulasi Vrindavati is a small podium-like stone or cement Creation in front of Hindu houses in the Indian state of Odisha containing the holy Basil tree} and started enjoying to the melody of the traditional devotional song which was being played in the neighbouring village.

The sky was completely blissful. Almost immediately I sensed something is construing to my concord, it was odd something I had never heard of before, but yes the sound was similar to Hollywood horror movies and in a few moments it just blasted my ear from the back. I turned back and set the torch light pointing towards it. It is a shouting animal. But it was scary as it was a deep black his eyes were shining with the torch light with his flaunting teeth. I ran backwards while shivering oh, it’s a Rhinoceros it will attack me while still pointing the torch towards it. In a little while he turns his face from the torch and crossed the road in front of me like a polite animal. I pause for a while oh no, it’s a wild boar.

I sat on the pavement again with regained composition and zoomed in to my cell phone it was 3.00 A.M. But this time there was no peace inside me, my conscious mind started probing the sequence and began questioning my perception wild boar! Is that, how? These types of animals are not commonly sighted in these areas even those there are certain groups who nurture them for commercial propose and occasionally tour them for feeding purposes but they have been strictly prohibited as new crops are being cultivated in this session. What was that? My perception had not finished inquiring yet, then another horrendous sound originated from the same direction from the river shore and the parked sand mining boat started shuddering and the hair on my body shivered with a precipitous sensation from head to foot. This is enough, it is a dead man’s land, let’s move out of this place and I started rushing down to home with high breathing.

At home when I narrated the whole sequence to my neighbourhood aunty she smiled back and said we also sighted that creature at the same site. That is a “Chandi”(A female form of a ghost or deity who guards the (Samsana) cremation site) you are lucky as you escape her from such close range. While growing up this place was a common recreation site for leisure activities due to its proximity to the river, but this place is being used largely for such activities due to the ageing and growing population, so people are avoiding it at night. But this new trend had no such impact on me because I had missed a large portion of the village's transitional phase for education and Jobs.

In the morning the incident captured the attention of numerous orthodox socio-doctors as it spread like wildfire with varied narration points of that episode. Their recitation instantaneously recoiled me near the Hollywood Vampire story The Twilight Saga: New Moon and Eclipse where the character ‘Jacob Black’ played by actor ‘Taylor Lautner’ transfigure his physiques to a werewolf as some perceived it a human taking the shape of a wild boar for her nutritious desire.

But despite these hues and cries my detective mind grilled my inner voice again, thus nights were always my ladylove but it had never frightened me in such a fashion. For that reason only let’s analyze this whole sequence scientifically. I had a dose of painkillers and had not taken regular foods for two days because of oral infections. A sick body yields fragile thoughts so my sense was not static that night. Furthermore, moon nights are Illusionary, so we view an object presumptively. Then why are ghosts always sighted in rural pockets reason 2018 might be the year for "Hot Ticket" but there are no street lights in the villages and lights on many houses which is why it is impossible to travel without a torchlight furthermore these localities are filled with small trees and bushes which create an abysmal and imaginary vision to naked eyes. The scenario is more unjustifiable in a half-awake state of mind. Billionaire engineer Elon Musk might be dreaming of a Hypersonic Space Rocket Airline but there are billions of such people who never step out from their native to see the world. That is the reason they are identical to such beliefs and the Ghost incarnate.
